Hey all! Poppin by to ask about who's going to ACEN next week? It's the largest anime con in the midwest! [link]

I'll be attending with my regular group of Homestucks, as WE GOT ACCEPTED TO BE THE ONLY HOMESTUCK ASK PANEL AT THIS CON! WOOOO!

I can't wait! It's Friday, May 17th - Sunday, May 19th.

As always, if you see me there, come give me a hug! ^^ I love meeting online buddies and fans and such!

I'll be cosplaying Blathers from Animal Crossing and Filia from Skullgirls. Also, Feferi from Homestuck for the ask panel~

CAPTION CONTEST!

Hey everyone!

Because I love you all, I have 500 points I'm willing to give to the winner of my contest! 200 goes to second place, and 100 for third!

It's a mini contest that's based off of my newest deviation:

The process is easy! All you have to do is go to the deviation, think of a funny or witty caption for it, and write it in the comments!

I'm looking for silly, funny, witty, sarcastic -- anything you can come up with to make everyone laugh! You don't have to censor yourself!

There are a couple tips and points I should make about your caption, however.

- It's a first come credibility scenario. If someone makes their comment similar to one that has already been said, it won't be counted as an original, credible submission.

- Your statement or quote does not have a limit. Just try not to overdo it, ok?

- You can post more than one caption!

- Swearing is okay. (Duh, Homestuck)

- You may vote for others for encouragement!

The contest ends on February, 7th 2013. I will judge and post the winners in a journal!

WOW GUYS!

I wish wish wish I could thank everyone individually for the wonderful comments you left on my wall wishing me a happy birthday... I couldn't BELIEVE I came home to 100+ comments!! ;w; I am so shocked and honored that you guys watch my works so closely and are so sweet enough to drop by to wish me well!

It's been a great, long year for so many people! I know for me, it has been spectacular. It's had it's up and downs, but all in all I'm extraordinarily happy with how much I have progressed not only with my art, but as a person.

I was hired by my dad in April and have the best job ever! I got into Homestuck and met some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know... I've traveled a lot and have fallen in love.

I've delved into new mediums and have learned a lot about my own art by practicing and watching others. So much has happened in just 365 days.

So I'd love to hear what you all have done this year! Entered any new fandoms? Gotten inspired by anything new? How many of you have made some awesome, lifelong friends this year? Tell me about it in the comments!

It's been a while since I've done anything interactive, but don't you worry - I'm coming out with a new kind of interactive commission!

I will start to sell these at conventions that I go to in the Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio areas. Also, they will be available online!

I wanted to know how many of you are going to be attending Matsuricon this year! I'll be going with my group of Homestucks!

If you're going, who are you gonna be cosplaying?

ALSO! On Saturday, you should attend our Panel! It's called Pester Some Chums, a Homestuck ask panel that's making it's way up to being the best in the Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky region! Just like at Colossalcon, I will be the panel Feferi!

I'll be going as Female Gamzee on Friday (Along with my male gamzee, kanaya, Tavros and their genderbends!) and Feferi on Saturday.

My friends have started up a panel for Homestuckers around the KY/IN/OH area called "Pester Some Chums." It will be debuting at Colossalcon this weekend!

Many of my friends are in it, including my sister and I as Nepeta and Feferi respectively.
